– We have noticed that there is quite a large increase in Danes, especially in the last three months, even though there has been inflation and a pandemic, says Christina Holst, marketing manager at Emporia.
Today, Danes have to pay just over 60 Danish kroner for one Swedish hundred dollar.
– There is a lot of money for the Danes to save, then it is convenient for the Danes to go over by car or train, says Christina Holst.
Recovery after the pandemic
According to Linus Eriksson, CEO of the Öresund Bridge, Swedish customers have previously had a clear preponderance of leisure traffic over the bridge, but now there are slightly more passengers from Danish customers.
– The recovery has been faster for the Danes after the pandemic, says Linus Eriksson.
