In April last year, it was officially announced that a new Harry Potter series was being developed for Warner’s streaming service Max. The previous stars such as Daniel Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint are unlikely to return, as the new version is said to be a reboot act.
Before the first concrete information about the Harry Potter series is released, the former lead actor has already given some important advice to those responsible. It concerns the public appearance of the upcoming stars.
Daniel Radcliffe wants to protect the children’s existence of the next Harry Potter cast generation
At the 2024 Tony Awards, Radcliffe spoke to Entertainment Tonight about the new Harry Potter series. The star said that the next generation of new actors protected from excessive publicity at a young age should be:
I have advice for everyone else. Just let them be children. I can’t imagine what it would have been like [Harry Potter] in the age of social media [spielen]. We arrived a little early.
Radcliffe, Watson, Grint & Co. certainly speak from experience when it comes to being in the spotlight at a very early stage. When Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone was published in 2001 and became a worldwide phenomenon, the leading actor only 12 years old.

When will the new Harry Potter series be released?
So far, no launch date has been set for the planned new edition of the fantasy series. 2026 as the year in which the Harry Potter series will first appear.
