Dallas wins two goals to win over LA Kings – Finnish players play big role in chase

Dallas Stars, who are vying for a place in the NHL playoffs in the hockey league, scored an important victory over the Los Angeles Kings 4–3.

After 13 minutes of play, the Stars were in a 1-3 loss to the Kings Arthur Kaliyev had scored two goals at the start of the second set. Dallas started the chase quickly. Just a minute after the Kings 3-1 goal Jason Robertson narrowed down by a Finnish striker Roope Hintzin from feed to 2-3.

Dallas reversed the situation in the last minute of the second round: Ryan Suter and Aleksandr Radulov took their goals to the Dallas 4-3 lead. Joel Kiviranta logged the entry point for a 3-3 handicap hit.

There were no goals in the final round, so Dallas kept important league points at home. Dallas, fifth in the central division, is fighting for a place in the playoffs. The difference to fourth in Nashville is just one point and to third in Minnesota is two points.

The Pacific Division jumbo team Seattle Kraken surprised Nashville Predators, who grabbed the playoffs 4–3 in the final match of the night. The home team Seattle was in the lead at the start of the match when Nashville scored 2-0 in the second set.

Just half a minute later, Seattle started soaring Kir: Alex Wennberg, Calle Järnkrok and Yanni Gourde hit three goals in two and a half minutes. The third installment moved to a tie after Nashville Matt Duchene the Finnish player scored 3–3 goals Eeli Tolvasen from the feed.

Hair Saros stretched with Nashville’s goal in front of the puck 27 times. Seattle’s victory was decided Colin Blackwellwho mastered the puck in the third installment by underpowering Saros’ back.

Finnish goalkeeper of St. Louis Blues Ville Husso fought 24 times, but the Blues lost to the New York Rangers 3–5. Blues also played in the match Niko Mikkolawhich could not reach the power points.

Buffalo Sabers defeated the Toronto Maple Leafs with 5-1 goals.
