In less than a week, we will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Évian Accords which put an end to the war in Algeria. This Sunday, the France book is Dad what did you do in Algeria?, an investigation by historian Raphaëlle Branche. From 1954 to 1962, more than a million and a half young French people went to do their service in Algeria and found themselves in a war that did not say its name.
