Kari Jalosen coached by the Czech men’s hockey team, he was severely disappointed in the semifinals of the World Cup. The Czech Republic lost to Canada as many as 1-6 Saturday in Tampere.

The Finnish coach Jalonen was upset after the match, because the Czech Republic was playing in the cold. Still in the opening round, everything looked good when David Krejci took the lead 1-0.

– Preparing with the team went to the button. In the first set, we played the kind of hockey we’ve played at its best in this tournament. We might have earned another goal for that, Jalonen repeated.

Canada reached levels at the end of the opening round Dylan Cozensin with a goal that Jalonen described as a “lucky bounce.”

In the second set, the Czech Republic lost its grip on the game to its own nonsense. Team star players David Pastrnak and Krejci took the penalties, with the resulting overpowering Canada scoring goals.

– We took two, I think, useless coolers, which cost us a lot. After that, we lost the grip of the game. In overtime, I tried to help the players, but we couldn’t catch the game anymore, Jalonen said.

Pastrnak and Krejci are the leaders of the Czech team and the star strikers who play in the number one chain.

– Yes, they probably know what they’ve done. No can do.

Canada escaped to a 4-1 lead in a matter of minutes.

– Canada was strong in the last two installments. They gave us nothing, Jalonen admitted.

In the third installment, Canada went on to spend 6-1. Finland and Canada will face each other in Sunday’s final.

The Czech Republic will play in a bronze match against the United States on Sunday. Jalonen said he would gather for the team’s meeting on Saturday night at the hotel.

– You have to live with the result. We have come here to pick up a medal. It is still possible for us and we need to start preparing for it tonight.
