Not only are the parking spaces full at the bicycle café, but the parking shortage is actually a problem throughout the village. “When the weather is nice, especially in the spring, cyclists and hikers flock to the forest. The parking spaces at the Amerongse Berg where mountain bike and walking routes start are quickly full. Visitors then look for a place to park their car in other places in the village,” explains Berry van den Brink, owner of bicycle café de Proloog.
