Province of Utrecht – Ellen van Dijk from Woerden was taken to hospital for further examination after her fall in the team time trial of the Tour of Spain. This is reported by her team Lidl-Trek, which won the first stage of the Vuelta despite the fall of Van Dijk and her British teammate Elynor Bõckstedt. Both riders crashed in the last corner before the finish.
