The robbery happened around 1 a.m. on the Biltsestraatweg near Fort De Bilt. The man was cycling on his cargo bike in the direction of Zeist when he was overtaken by two scooter riders with two young passengers. The scooter riders and two other young people attacked the man, pushing him into the water. One of the attackers also fell into the water.
