Graphics card manufacturer Nvidia is delivering an updated driver package for Patch 2.0 of Cyberpunk 2077. A new feature in DLSS 3.5 gives you more performance and at the same time nicer lighting in the game.
Patch 2.0 for Cyberpunk 2077 is now available to all players for free. This brings with it many gameplay changes. Developer CD Projekt Red therefore recommends that you create a new savegame in order to fully enjoy the new features.
At the same time, graphics card manufacturer Nvidia is giving the role-playing game new graphics features with an updated driver. We will explain the new features and where you can download the software update.
New driver for higher FPS, improved reflection and lighting in the game
What’s special about this update? In addition to the typical optimizations for AAA games, Nvidia is also constantly improving its AI upscaling technology DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling).
With driver version 537.42, DLSS 3.5 is now available for Cyberpunk 2077.

Which graphics cards benefit from this? DLSS 3.5 is not just reserved for the latest RTX 4000 series. Cards from the RTX 2000 and 3000 series also benefit from the update. This applies to both the desktop and mobile models in notebooks.
Where do I get the update? Ideally, you open Geforce Experience and are offered the update directly. Alternatively, you can start the search via the “Driver” tab.
If Geforce Experience is not installed on your system, you can download the driver version 537.42 directly from the official manufacturer’s website. You usually don’t need to restart after installation.
The new features will be available to you in Cyberpunk 2077 as soon as you have downloaded and installed patch 2.0 for the game. So you are well prepared for the upcoming DLC Phantom Liberty.
If you want to achieve at least 30FPS in Full HD resolution, you should install Cyberpunk 2077 on an SSD.
