(Finance) – Cyberooas part of the buy-back program approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of April 29, 2021, announced that it had purchasedbetween 4 and 8 April 2022, in total 8,012 treasury shares (corresponding to 15.4077% of the total number of ordinary shares covered by the purchase program), at the weighted average price of € 7.6661 for a countervalue titles equal to 61,420.80 euros.
Following the reported transactions, the Company holds 48,043 treasury shares.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list, the company specialized in cyber security moves downwards, with prices aligned at € 7.84 for a drop of 1.01%.
