(Tiper Stock Exchange) – CyberooSME specialized in cyber security for businesses, announces that it has taken over the remaining 49% of Cyber Division, a Novara-based company specialized in Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Test and Ethical Hacking activities as well as Incident Response activities, of which, on 27 July of 2021, had acquired 51%.
At the same time as the acquisition, the company was renamed “Cyberoo Docetz”.
The decision to carry out this operation lies in Cyberoo’s desire to speed up structural growth to give an ever greater response to activities in the field of cyber security and business consultancy.
Cyberoo Docetz will be structured in different business units of which the first will be specialized in “Incident Response” activities and consultancy aimed at defining an incident response plan, capable of also responding to various contemporary incidents.
This will be accompanied by the activities of a second business unit, that of “Cyber Security and Risk Assessment”, which will provide support to the group’s reseller network and to companies already equipped with a Cyberoo MDR, in order to optimize its use and further reduce the residual “attack” risk, constantly improving the company’s security posture.
Cyberoo Docetz will also include a third business unit, dedicated to “Compliance”specialized in consultancy for everything related to the needs of companies to equip themselves with certified protection systems according to the ISO 27001 standard, a requirement increasingly requested by the market and from which new important growth opportunities can be seized, thanks to the internal skills developed by Cyberoo in this specific field.
