(Finance) – Cy4Gatea group active in the 360° cyber security and cyber intelligence market, as part of the share buyback program, has announced that it has purchasedbetween 1 and 30 September 2023 inclusive, in aggregate 47,157 treasury shares (corresponding to approximately 0.20% of the share capital), at an average price of approximately 8.20 euros and for a countervalue total equal to 386,746.19 euros.
Following the aforementioned transactions, the Company has 78,214 treasury shares in its portfolio, corresponding to 0.33% of the share capital.
In Piazza Affari, today, a compound increase for Cy4Gatewhich closed the session with a gain of 0.26%.
