According to customs, the products have been cleared for export to another country, but it is suspected that they still ended up in Russia.

In addition, the same crime also includes the suspicion of the transit of equipment classified as defense equipment, designed to stop drones, through Russia to Kazakhstan in the spring of 2023. According to Customs, the transit of the products in question would have required a transit permit for defense equipment, but the company had not applied for it. Customs also suspects that these products, worth more than 350,000 euros in total, ended up in Russia.

According to the customs announcement, it is suspected that the same person is behind the companies. There are a total of six criminal suspects, one of whom is in prison.

According to Customs, the case investigated as a serious regulatory crime and the crime of foreign export of defense equipment will be considered for prosecution this month.
