Cube Labs meeting approves capital increase of 5 million

(Telestock) – CubeLabsan Italian venture builder in the healthcare technology sector listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, announces that the Startups controlled by Adamas Biotech and DTechboth 51% controlled by the Company and 4% and 9% respectively through the Trust of which Cube Labs itself is the sole beneficiary, have been awarded the selection of the tender issued by the National Biodiversity Future Center (NBFC), the first national research and innovation centre dedicated to biodiversity, coordinated by the National Research Council (CNR).

This success marks a important milestone and represents a significant technological validation for the Cube Labs portfolio.

Established and financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan PNRR – Next Generation EU, NBFC is one of the five national centers dedicated to frontier research involving universities, research centers, foundations and companies throughout Italy.

Within the scope of the call, aimed at industrial research and experimental development projects, Adamas Biotech has been awarded a financing of Euro 405,806, placing 10th in the ranking, while DTech has obtained a funding of Euro 373,606coming in 12th in the ranking. These funds will be used to develop cutting-edge technologies in the biotechnology and health sector. Adamas Biotech has submitted a project for the development of a nutraceutical with catechins and probiotics
and a digital platform to support the maintenance of intestinal physiological functions and the management of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The project presented by DTech includes the development of a protective biospray against pollutants and
microorganisms of the oro-nasal cavities based on green tea catechins, a hydrogel and a digital platform for communication between users and professionals in the sector.
