(Telestock) – CubeLabsa venture builder listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment (EGM PRO), has announced that it has the capital increase option offer has been concluded resolved by the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting held on 12 June 2024. 274,714 new shares were subscribed, corresponding to 12.35% of the shares subject to the offerfor an amount equal to 604,370.80 euros. Among the subscribers is also the shareholder Keltinvest. The offer of the unexercised option rights will be on 5 and 6 August 2024.
