(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Cube Labsa venture builder listed on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment, closed the 2022 with revenues deriving from services provided to investee companies equal to 1 million euros, in line with the previous year. L’EBITDA it amounted to 54 thousand euros, compared to 411 thousand euros in the previous year as an effect of higher charges for the adjustment of the structure according to the growth programs also preparatory to the listing. The Net income it is negative for 73 thousand euros (profit of 215 thousand euros in the previous year).
The value of the investment portfolio amounting to 52.3 million euros. L’Net financial debt is equal to 3.3 million euro (2.5 million as at 30 June 2022).
“The recent listing on the Stock Exchange will allow us to implement the industrial plan and support the growth strategy, also at an international level, in a rapidly evolving sector in Italy and in the world such as Life Sciences”, commented theAD Filippo Surace.
