(Finance) – Le ordinary shares and warrants of Cube Labs have been admitted to trading by Borsa Italiana on the Euronext Growth Milan market – Professional Segment. The debut is scheduled for March 21, 2023.
Cube Labs, a venture builder specializing in the development of projects in the healthcare & life sciences sector, has obtained a capitalization of approximately 34.1 million euros, after having harvest over 4.1 million euros. The price placement amounted to 2 euro per share, at the lower limit of the range previously identified. The floating is equal to 12.04%.
The listing process on Euronext Growth Milan – Professional Segment was managed by MIT SIM (who plays the role of Euronext Growth Advisor). EnVent Capital Markets is the Global Coordinator, 4AIM SICAF And Ambromobiliare they are financial advisors.
