(Finance) – The Board of Directors of CRT Foundation approved the calendar of the next appointments to proceed with appointment of the new President of the Organization after the resignation of Fabrizio Palenzona due to the matter concerning the alleged hidden pact between some members of the steering committee and the Board of Directors.
The established calendar includes a meeting of Board of Directors (CdI) on May 7th for the official installation of the new members of the CoI. A second meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on May 14th for the co-optation of the missing Councillor, thus bringing the number of members of the Board of Directors to 22 as provided for by the organisation’s statute.
Finally, the May 21st will be held there meeting of the Board of Directors in which the new president of the CRT Foundation will be appointed.
