For 2.5 years, Wout has been sailing the canals of Utrecht and he sees it getting busier. Especially in the summer months. “I think it’s mainly a lack of experience and not a lack of a boating license. There are plenty of people who rent a boat for a day. They think the 4.5 kilometers per hour that you are allowed to sail is too slow.”
