Is this possible? No, there is no crossplay between PC and PlayStation (PS4 and PS5). You can’t play together.
Crossplay between PS4/PS5 and Xbox
Is this possible? No, you cannot play on PS4 or PS5 with Xbox One or Xbox Series X|S. Crossplay between the different consoles is not active.
However, the console generations can play with each other. So crossplay between PS4 and PS5 is possible. Crossplay between Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S is also possible.

This is the status: So far there are no official statements that GTA Online wants to expand its crossplay.
