So 12 years ago, Pittsburgh star Sidney Crosby got a brand new club from his sponsor. He decided to test it. Amazingly, the training session was filmed and a classic clip was created.
Now over half a million have seen the clip on Youtube and in the comment section many are HUGELY impressed by Crosby’s power and precision.
Someone has even done a thorough physical calculation and concluded that given the size of the puck, the distance from the goal and the weight of the goal cage, it is an almost impossible feat by Sidney Crosby.
Others have noted that it may take a few seconds too long from the actual impact of the stick to the final shot hitting the goal cage. Is it a trick? Is it trick footage? Is only the last shot fake, or are ALL the shots?
