The Ambassador of the Republic of Croatia in Italy was present at the ceremony, Jason Mesic, the Head of the Border Service of the Ministry of the Interior, Rose Tabarro, the Adr Safety Director, Massimo Ilariucci, And Maria Pavic, Head of Sales of Croatia Airlines. During the ceremony, the historic and fruitful collaboration between the Croatian carrier and ADR was underlined, with the hope of a further increase, from now on, of passenger traffic between Croatia and Fiumicino which has already seen a movement in 2022 total of 230,000 passengers, already 25 percent more than in 2019, in the pre-pandemic phase.

We are convinced of a renewed impetus between our two countries, after Italy is already our first commercial partner in 2022. And already at the beginning of 2023 we register a growth in passenger traffic between Italian and Croatian airports, and even more with the summer season: Italy has always been among the most important tourist markets”.
