He said it Giovanni Battista Calìpresident of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Rome, speaking at the conference “Alternative Dispute Resolution in the new crisis code“, organized by National Council of Accountants and the Adr Accountants Foundationwhich took place this morning in the Refectory Hall of the Chamber of Deputies.
“I would like to remind you that, in the regulations in force, the regulatory tools of state of crisis you hate insolvency the negotiating autonomy between the parties is valued when it is possible to promptly adopt suitable measures to overcome or regulate the financial difficulties of companies”, highlights Calì.
