In November, the Central Netherlands police force announced that it would be investigating responses from four employees on social media. These are responses to X (former Twitter) that the two wrote with their private accounts. Police spoke after discovering “hurtful and inappropriate statements that could be considered discriminatory, racist and unprofessional”.
