The 26-year-old Järfälla resident was stopped in a vehicle inspection last November and the police suspected that he was under the influence of drugs. It all led to a search of his girlfriend’s house in Nacka and gold and a Rolex watch were found hidden in a sock. Receipts were completely missing.
The man has had low declared income, for several years he has declared zero kroner. His income has instead consisted of a number of swishes from private individuals which are used to pay his expenses.
Heavily criminally charged
The district court states in its judgment that it is clearly more likely that the gold jewelry and watches originate from drug-related activities after going through the man’s chats. He is convicted of serious money laundering and gets rid of gold rings, gold necklaces and watches.
The 26-year-old has previously been convicted of several crimes, including weapons offences, serious assault and drug offences.
