(Finance) – The Board of Directors of Credemholding, a company that controls 79.47% of the share capital of Emiliano Credit SpA, under the presidency of Lucio Igino Zanon of Valgiurataapproved today the individual and consolidated budget project of the 2023 financial year fully confirming the preliminary results communicated last February 8th.
The budget will be submitted toapproval of the Shareholders’ Meeting, scheduled on first call on 13 June 2024 and on second call on 14 June 2024.
In detail, the Company recorded a consolidated profit of 441 million euros compared to the 251 million of the previous year, an increase of 75.7%. The figure was significantly influenced by the significant increase in the profit of the subsidiary Credito Emiliano SpA, which was favored by the growth of the financial margin and the contained cost of risk.
The positive results achieved allow the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution of a dividend equal to 6.5 euros per share compared to 3.3 euros in 2022, to be submitted for approval by the Shareholders’ Meeting. In more detail, the dividend will be distributed in two phases, the first for an amount of 4.5 euros per share (payable starting from 27 June 2024), the second for an amount of 2 euros per share (payable starting from 27 June 2024). from 14 November 2024). The total dividend amount is therefore over 107 million euros, up 96.7% compared to last year (54.4 million euros).
