(Finance) – Credem has announced that it has purchasedbetween 11 and 15 July 2022, overall 88,065 ordinary shares (equal to 0.03% of the share capital) at the weighted average price of € 5.2366 for a countervalue equal to 461,160.15 euros.
These transactions were carried out as part of the share purchase program communicated to the market on 9 June 2022 following the authorization approved by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 28 April 2022.
Following the transactions carried out to date, Credito Emiliano holds 611,577 treasury shares equal to 0.18% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the Milanese price list Credem it recorded a decrease of 1.63% and stood at 5.44 euros.
