Lidl invites you to create the next item in the brand’s colors using its new AI-powered platform, Lidlize. The most popular product will be sold in limited edition. And a nice surprise awaits its creator!
Lidl is one of the French’s favorite brands, especially in these times of inflation! With its attractive prices, its quality products and its good deals, the chain of stores is so popular that it has been able to afford the luxury of producing its own collection of clothing, with shoes, slides, socks and t-shirts at brand colors (yellow, blue and red). And the surprising thing is that this range of not very discreet shades is successful, with some models even fetching high prices on the second-hand market!
Building on this popularity, Lidl has decided to go even further this year by giving its customers the opportunity to choose the next tricolor item which will be produced in a limited edition, thanks to the magic of artificial intelligence. This should please fans of new technologies! Plus, there’s a nice reward!
Lidlize: a year of free shopping to win
Let’s imagine a refrigerator, a shelf, a bicycle, a watch, a van or even a smartphone displaying the emblematic blue, red and yellow of the brand. Well it’s possible ! Just go to the Lidlize website and describe the object of your dreams in the input field. The AI then generates three visuals of the “lidlised” object so that we can choose the one that suits us best. Of course, it is entirely possible to make a new request for the platform to offer new designs. To validate the creation, simply indicate your nickname and email address. The generated object is then displayed in the “Collection” part of the site, a sort of gallery where Internet users can vote for their favorite and share it on social networks to boost its visibility.
At the end of the operation, Lidl will choose one of the most popular items and produce it in limited quantities. Its creator will obviously receive a copy, while the other winners will benefit from a year of free shopping in the brand’s stores. The operation began this Monday, June 10 and will end on June 30.
