(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Creatives Groupa Veronese company that develops Artificial Intelligence technologies for the world of the Supply Chain, has completed the placement aimed at qualified investors of the maximum 177,000 shares. The bookbuilding was closed in advance of the placement closing date identified by the BoD with the subscription of the maximum number of new shares placed.
As part of the placement, all the new shares were subscribed at a price of 1.75 euro per share (of which 0.02 as share capital and 1.73 as share premium) for a total value of 309,750 euro by 6 qualified investors, one of which is foreign.
The floating of the company thus rises to 19.44%.
