Barry’s English-language Kakegurui version will be titled Bet and will initially consist of ten episodes produced by Boat Rocker Media for Netflix. Filming is already underway in Toronto, Canada.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the cast includes Miku Patricia Martineau, known from Kate (presumably as Yumiko), as well as Ayo Solanke, Eve Edwards, Clara Alexandrova, Hunter Cardinal, Anwen O’Driscoll, Aviva Mongillo and Ryan Sutherland.
