According to Hälsinge Kurieren, who was the first to tell about the accident, the car must have traveled at high speed into a curve. There, the driver allegedly lost control of the car and then drove off the road through two plowed snowdrifts and into the building.
– We have to find out how the car ended up with its nose straight up on the facade, says Tobias Ahlén-Svalbro, press spokesperson for police region Mitt.
Two men in their 20s were traveling in the car. Both were out of the car when the police arrived at the scene, but were taken by ambulance to hospital with unclear injuries.
The driver of the car is suspected of gross negligence in traffic.
