Since patch 1.3.2 it is possible to craft Uber Uniques in Diablo 4. However, for this you need “Magnificent Sparks”. You can find out where you get them from and what exactly you can do with them here on MeinMMO.
Patch 1.3.2 came to Diablo 4 on February 13th and brought “Uber Unique Crafting” into the game. This means that you can now make them yourself using a new resource – provided you have not sold or destroyed the coveted items, which Blizzard has advised against.
How do I make Magnificent Sparks? To make Magnificent Sparks, you need to dismantle Uber Uniques. This will give you one Spark per dismantled Uber Unique. You can find the new crafting materials in the overview under “Recycling” – so you can always keep an eye on how many sparks you have collected.

To craft an Uber Unique, you need five Magnificent Sparks. This assumes that you have collected five Uber Uniques, which you have dismantled or have already dismantled. After disassembly, the sparks will appear in your materials.

How do I craft Uber Uniques? In order to be able to make Uber Uniques, you have to visit the Alchemist in Diablo 4. This is the dealer where you have previously crafted potions and incense. You can recognize it by the symbol of a mortar on the map. For the Alchemist, select the “Transmutation” tab and then “Transmutation – Magnificent Sparks”.
With five Magnificent Sparks and 50 million gold you can craft an Uber Unique. To do this, your character in Diablo 4 must be at level 60. You won’t see details about the five affixes that the items will have before crafting.

Where else can I get Uber Uniques? The boss Uber-Duriel has an increased chance of dropping one of the Uber Uniques and is therefore a suitable way to specifically farm Uber Uniques. Since patch 1.3.2, the drop chance of Ubers in Diablo 4 outside of Duriel has also been increased.
However, a dataminer has discovered that the chance of getting an Uber Unique outside of Duriel is still so low that farming on Duriel is more worthwhile. For the best items in Diablo 4 you have to farm a boss over and over again because the other method isn’t worth it
