Hundreds of drug addicts live in great precariousness and consume in the public space. They are dangers for themselves and hell for local residents. The successive evacuations only shift the problem, the situation gets bogged down and illustrates the persistent inability of the public authorities to find a lasting solution to help these consumers get out of it.
