How many French people are vaccinated against Covid?
Vaccination against Covid-19 continues to continue in France with vaccines Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca. At March 10according to Ministry of Health, 54,244,481 people received at least one injection (i.e. 80.5% of total population) and 53,303,814 people now have a full immunization schedule (i.e. 79.1% of total population). 39,249,409 people have also received a booster dose. 19.2% of the French population is not vaccinated against Covid. At March 1, 82.7% of those aged 65 and over had received a booster dose (90.9% among those eligible).
79.1% of the French population is fully vaccinated and 19.2% is not vaccinated (the others having a still incomplete vaccination schedule). Twice a month, the Data-gouv.fr site publishes the distribution of positive Covid cases according to the person’s vaccination. “This delay is necessary for the vaccination to be considered complete and effective (at +7 days) and for the data on the tests to be consolidated” specifies the site. These indicators reflect the number of positive RT-PCR tests per 100,000 vaccinated or unvaccinated people aged 20 and over.
