How many French people are vaccinated against Covid?

Vaccination against Covid-19 continues in France. At May 23, 2022according to Santé Publique France, the estimate of vaccination coverage in the general population from the Covid Vaccine was 79.7% for a complete primary vaccination and 59.4% for the booster dose. At May 30, the booster dose vaccination coverage was 74.3% among those aged 18 and over (84.2% among those aged 65 and over). Only 32.4% of 60-79 year olds and 27.5% of 80 year olds and over eligible for the second booster dose actually received it.

What are the Covid figures for vaccinated and unvaccinated?

79.7% of the French population is fully vaccinated and 19.2% is not vaccinated (the others having a still incomplete vaccination schedule). Twice a month, the Data-gouv.fr site publishes the distribution of positive Covid cases according to the person’s vaccination. “This delay is necessary for the vaccination to be considered complete and effective (at +7 days) and for the data on the tests to be consolidated” specifies the site.
