A huge American study with 18 million participants shows that people who have contracted covid-19 are at risk of suffering from mental illness. The researchers also identified that a particular group ran an even higher risk of being affected. “A super important contribution to research,” says Mike Kemani, clinical researcher at Karolinska Institutet.
