Originally from the Moselle, Julien Balanqueux has been established in Amsterdam, in the Netherlands, for four years. He co-founded Tech Makers with two partners, a network that helps start-ups find the necessary means for their development. An activity that allows him today to be the winner of the French trophies abroad in the “Public Prize” category.
