Alexis Pinturault wins another medal in these Alpine Skiing World Championships. After gold in the combined event, he won bronze in the Super-G.

Alexis Pinturault again in bronze on the Super-G. Two years after his third place in Cortina d’Ampezzo, the Frenchman reiterates at home in Courchevel. It is also his second podium and his second medal in these Alpine Skiing World Championships. The harvest may not be over as he still has to compete in four disciplines (downhill, team event, giant slalom and slalom).

Alexis Pinturault, after his passage had provisionally taken the lead in the classification, notably beating the favorite of the event Marco Odermatt. The race nevertheless delivered all its surprises. The Savoyard first saw the Norwegian Aleksander Aamodt Kilde pass him before James Crawford, to everyone’s surprise, came to win the gold medal.
