A 32-year-old man and his 27-year-old girlfriend are facing charges after Chatham-Kent police responded to a reported neighborhood dispute Thursday in Thamesville.
The man is charged with assault, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose. His girlfriend is charged with assault with a weapon, mischief and uttering threats.
Both were released from custody, and are due in court later.
DRESDEN ASSAULT CHARGE
A 22-year-old woman was charged with assault after police responded to a reported domestic disturbance in Dresden. She was released with a future short date.
