The draw for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France offered some great confrontations.
The draw for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France took place on Thursday January 16 for matches which will be played on February 4 and 5. There will only be one confrontation between the Ligue 1 clubs with Strasbourg facing Angers but other interesting matches will be on the program such as the meeting between Le Mans and PSG which will please those nostalgic for the great Le Mans team in the mid-2000s (Romaric, Matsui, De Melo…) or the Ligue 2 / Ligue 1 duels between Troyes and Brest or even Toulouse and Guingamp. While they dreamed of PSG in Caen, fans of Dives-Cabourg (N3) will finally have to travel to Cannes (N2) for the round of 16 of the Coupe de France. A disappointment but a huge opportunity to play in the quarter-finals…
