Eight years after the last adventures of his character, Cosey returns with a final voyage from Jonathan. A 17th album entitled ” The trail of Yeshe Which takes him to Tibet.
Jonathan was born in 1975 in the pages of the newspaper Tintin. Weathered features, blue eyes and curly hair fluttering in the wind. We saw him jump into the void, arms outstretched, against the backdrop of the Riviera sky and white Himalayan peaks. A contemplative traveler, not very talkative, but eager for grandiose landscapes, human encounters and spirituality, in search of the other, but also of himself.
Its creator is Swiss, his name is Cosey. At first, he thought Jonathan would just pass. 46 years and 17 albums later, the same Cosey – who, in the meantime, was crowned Grand Prix de la Ville d’Angoulême in 2017 – invents a last trip for him as a new lesson in life.
