Turkcell, Huawei signed important collaborations in three areas at the Mobile World Congress (MWC24) held in Spain. According to the agreement, Turkcell and Huawei; In the coming period, it will carry out studies focused on the development of new generation networks supported by 5.5G, green technologies and artificial intelligence.
The two companies aim to work together in the development of many 5.5G technologies and 5.5G networks, including Passive IoT, RedCap (Reduced Capability) and other 5.5G/5G-Advanced technologies. In the green energy agreement, GPON plans to reduce carbon footprints through deep mode energy saving, the use of solar energy and green energy on sites, and energy efficiency. Within the framework of the ‘Joint Innovation’ agreement, network automation processes will be focused on artificial intelligence-based, user-centered and self-optimizing networks.
