After downloading FFmpeg, extract the contents of the archive to a folder on your computer. Then find your MOV video, right click and select “Copy”. Open the folder where you extracted the FFmpeg and access the ”bin” folder. There, right-click on any blank space and select “Paste”. Right-click anywhere in the “bin” folder and open “Open in Windows Terminal”. When Windows Terminal opens, type the command ”ffmpeg -i source.mov target.mp4” and press Enter. Replace the MOV file named “source.mov” with the MP4 file named “target.mp4” in the command area. After this process, the conversion process is completed.
