Denmark has named the squad for the upcoming Nations League gathering where the team will face Wales and Iceland. Nadia Nadim, who was an ambassador for the World Cup in Qatar, is back in the national team jersey for the first time since European Championship 2022.

The Danish star tore his cruciate ligament in September last year, but is now ready for national team play again.
– She has come back from a serious injury. Recently, she has trained well and delivered good performances, says national team captain Andrée Jeglertz Danish Radio.
“Difficult to manage without Harder”
However, the Danish team has to do without star striker Pernille Harder. The Bayern Munich player was injured in a Bundesliga match just over a week ago.
