Even if one can argue about the resolution of the story, it is a great pleasure to discover peculiarities of the world, which introduces us to Olivia Wilde. The film has an extraordinarily good sense of making this world tangible on a cinematic level, while the main character increasingly loses control.

    Which brings us to the next point why Don’t Worry Darling is worth seeing: Florence Pugh. She impressively grows into her role and begins to question the strange surroundings in which she finds herself. The best actor at her side: Chris Pine. Forget the fun-loving Kirk from the Star Trek universe. The Pine in Don’t Worry Darling is extreme scary and uncomfortable.
