Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

Swedish unemployment insurance funds continue to have problems with payments after the cyber attack last year. The median time to receive money is almost twice as long as usual.

– We have done what we can with the resources we have, so we are working overtime to catch up. We think we will catch up soon, says Kim Sandberg, cashier at Handels, to P4.

It was in December that the system for the country’s 24 a cash registers was shut down for almost a week after an IT attack. Currently, the median waiting time is five weeks to receive social security benefits.
