During the past three months, 384 condominiums and 282 villas have been sold in Örebro County via brokers.
A compilation for the period and the county shows continued cases. Villa prices have fallen by 6.5 percent and condominium prices by 7.7 percent.
In Örebro, house prices have fallen by 4.8 percent and condominiums by 5.2 percent in the same period.
Housing rights fell the most
In one year, the decline has been 10.1 percent for villas and 15.7 percent for condominiums in the county as a whole.
Villa prices in the country have last year fallen by 11.5 percent and condominiums by 10.4 percent.
