Hezbollah fired rockets at the Israeli city of Tiberias on Friday.
From Lebanon and Syria comes information about dead after Israeli attacks.
The attack on Israeli Tiberias is a response to Israel’s “barbaric” attacks on Lebanese cities and civilians, says the Iran-backed Hezbollah movement. According to the Israeli military, drones and robots have entered the country from Lebanon.
Reports are coming from Lebanon that nine people belonging to the same family were killed when their house was hit by an Israeli airstrike, the state-run Lebanese NNA reports.
The three-storey house in Shebaa in south-eastern Lebanon is said to have been attacked during the night towards Friday. In total, over 700 people have been killed since Israel intensified its attacks on Lebanon at the beginning of the week.
In the neighboring country of Syria, five Syrian soldiers are said to have been killed in an Israeli airstrike on the border with Lebanon, reports the state-run Syrian news agency Sana.
“The Israeli enemy carried out an air attack against one of our military positions near Kfir Yabus on the Syrian-Lebanese border,” writes Sana, reports AFP.
