THE EPIDEMIC DISEASE ARISED ALARM
In the statement, it was stated that the number of cases increased from 954 to 7 thousand 596 in the last 3 weeks.
It was noted that the increasing cases in prisons, schools and health centers were concentrated in regions such as Kampala, Arua, Mbale and Kagadi.
Health experts warned that the “red eye” disease is spreading rapidly in environments such as factories, bazaars, markets and plazas, and in densely populated cities.
Experts recommended that people suffering from “red eye” disease wear black glasses and emphasized that these people should separate their beds and the belongings they use.
