Now the Consumers’ Association wants action to be taken against Babboe. They believe that consumers have the right to have their bicycle repaired or that they should receive a new bicycle within a “reasonable period of time”. The Amersfoort bicycle manufacturer does not do that now. “Consumers have to wait months for an inspection, repair or a new bicycle,” the association says.
